#happy howls# Happy birthday Dag!!!!

lets see.. I'm in a norse mood at the moment:

fill a cup with water (or milk, cider.. gotta wait a few more years, and I'll pick mead then ;-), hold it high:

Let Gjallarhorn not make a sound, May the seas not rise against you, may the sky not fall about you, may the land not swallow you whole... May you have peace, happiness, health, and laughter in this new birth year.

And drink .. #glug glug glug#

(Yeah, I know, a little late, but hey... #grin#)

ps. I think your google account has the wrong time zone, thats why you're out 3 hours. go to google.com -> My Account -> Edit, and double check the time zone...

Happy slightly late birthday from the Owlvark and me!
Sorry for the lateness; we were in a place with no internet for the weekend.

Happy Birthday! May your Poptarts never burn the roof of your mouth!

Thanks everybody, even though i don't eat many poptarts, but i'm sure that will come in handy sometime :D

currently wiki-ing what Gjallarhorn is...

... oh, right, Ragnarok. yeah, because seeing as i'm a norse god, that would be bad for me :D

Gjallarhorn is Heimdall's horn, which sounds at the start of Ragnarok. Which, if heard, could be a real downer of a day... for everyone!!! But no worries, the world gets reborn, and things start again.

Hmm, Dagdamor the Norse god of biscuits?

I always assumed it was in reference to the Dagda, who is Celtic in origin.

Congrats... ;D

i have read about dagda, but its only a coincidence. the name came from the name of a villian character from the elfstones of shannara series that i accidently used instead of another villian, nom-anor from a star wars expanded universe series
